Too often we are stuck in the mindset that we should eat chicken breasts and broccoli to make changes in body composition.  Although temporarily effective, there are consequences that arise that often lead to plateaus and weight regain.

All my advice is based on real food.  There are no extra meal replacement shakes to purchase from me.


Do you need a personal consultation?

All challengers can meet with me for a quick consultation at my “pint sized” rate of $25 per 30 minute session.  Sometimes we need to tweak your menu to see the results you are working for.  I can help you with shopping list and recipes.  Perhaps we should adjust your macronutrient ratios.  I am here for you so you can meet your goals.

Here’s some of free advice…. eat to perform.  I have seen many gym challengers try to starve themselves while engaging in intense weight lifting and cardio programs.  

 

Challenge Pint – 1/2 hour consultation

$25 – Journal review and feedback, macronutrient ratio adjustments, menu planning, nutrient timing, and carb cycling questions.

 

One-on-One Nutrition Therapy– Individual nutrition consultation sessions to address deeper nutrition complications.   Together we will investigate possible deficiencies and imbalances and provide targeted nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocols necessary to restore vibrant health.

 

$50 – Initial Consultation with the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire

$300 – Quart (3 more sessions)

$375 – Half Gallon (5 more sessions)
