Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen sliced banana
  • 4 ounces cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk full fat
  • 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or 1/8 teaspoon green stevia (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 scoops collagen peptides

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients for the smoothie of your choice in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more water or milk to your liking
