What is the difference between The RESTART® Program and The 21 Day Sugar Detox?
RESTART® and the 21DSD are both based on a whole, nutrient dense food challenge. Both programs are going to make you feel amazing.
Here’s how I fasciate each program:
RESTART® is a small support group setting – The 21DSD is designed for larger groups like business, churches and schools.
RESTART® meets weekly for 5 weeks – the 21DSD has 3 live presentations one week prior to the detox, early in the detox and at the end of the 21 days.
RESTART® covers up to date nutrition education for those who want to know why we are doing this food challenge – The 21DSD cover the “nitty-gritty” of the food challenge with practical tips to guide you through the detox.
RESTART® fosters group participation and support – The 21DSD live presentations offers time for Q&A.
RESTART® offers weekly handouts and an option to purchase a RESTART® Cookbook – The 21DSD requires the participants to purchace The 21 Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide.
Both programs have Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram media to inspire you through you whole food challenge.
Both programs are flexible and have modifications. RESTART® feels a bit more simplistic, yet both programs addresses specialties like autoimmune conditions, pregnancy, breast feeding, and nutrition for athletes.
Both programs have meal portion guides, meal plans and recipes. The RESTART® Cookbook is an optional purchase and the 21DSD Daily Guide is a required purchase.
Both programs have a simple “yes” “no” “limit” list of acceptable foods available at no cost.
Participants in both programs will receive encouraging news and updates via e-mail.
Participants in both programs are asked to journal their food and moods to tune-in their body’s response to real foods, verses processed foods.
I offer an additional Spice Blend and Condiment workshop during the Pre Detox week for the 21DSD for an additional cost. These spice blends and condiments pair with the meal plan in The 21 Day Sugar Detox Daily Guide.
